Naturally, the ideal candidate would be a highly-organised, tech-savvy professional with an understanding of all things Digital. Previous experience of managing web development and/or creative projects is ideal. You will need to be able to deliver multiple projects within time and budget constraints.

This job is for you if you’re comfortable managing a number of the following project types;

Key responsibilities

You’ll be required to:

  • Managing projects ranging from brochureware sites to larger scale technical systems and websites
  • Managing project scope, briefings, resource, financials, actions, risks and change requests
  • Facilitating and leading project meetings with internal & external teams and clients
  • Providing a detailed project plan and full project documentation
  • Delivering the project on time and to budget, reporting on all project status’ and flagging where this is not possible to the Head of Project Management
  • Managing project scope, briefings, resource, financials, actions, risks and change requests
  • Co-ordinating priorities and organising multiple projects at any one time
  • Working closely with the Creative Directors and other teams across the business to implement our interactive framework with our production teams
  • Providing a detailed project plans if the project size warrants this
  • Managing project financials and departmental cross-charges
  • Keeping our Client Services team up to date with project status and risks
  • Delivering the project on time and to budget, reporting on all project status’ and flagging where this is not possible to the Head of Project Management
  • Ensuring the client is kept up to date with all work requests
  • Keeping on top of retainer financials and billings
  • Keeping on top of the action and work request log
  • Ensuring internal systems are up to date with work planned
  • Reporting on all retainer status’ to the Head of Project Management
  • Assisting with the management of the studio resource across work coming through other streams of the business
  • Keeping up to date with agile & waterfall methodologies, including participating in training where necessary

Skills needed:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lead production teams of all abilities
  • Remaining calm under pressure
  • Maintaining organisation of all projects in set structure
  • Working independently with clear leadership skills
  • Being proactive & motivating internal production teams

Desirable:

  • Digital agency experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years project management experience
  • Technical competency
